It's a lot of work, but if you are going to have kids, do it right.

De Blasio and Cuomo hate each other's guts. I'm not surprised he jumped on the blame Cuomo bandwagon. NYC hospitals did crimes against humanity as well.

There is a reason you get so downvoted.

Not only are they great guardians against sneaky people, dogs (and all animals) are very sensitive to body language, smell, and a person's 'aura.'

Every Thanksgiving we have a whole bunch of people and dogs. These dogs are well socialized and love everyone! One year the democrat bit of the family shows up. All dogs immediately put up their hackles and start barking and growling. It takes quite a while for them to calm down, but they never go near those people.

True. But most people in other states don't even register that there is more to NY than the city. One can get a lot of nasty looks when declaring your home state when traveling.

I kinda remember a certain ideology not liking dogs...

Recall is not part of NY law, unfortunately. Impeachment can happen. Still not convinced that anything will come of it though. Cuomo is a deep swamp rat.

Thought - Early on, when Joe got into office, Cuomo was ragging on Joe for bail out money. It never happened. Is this political theater payback for attacking Joe?

I am seriously very skeptical of anything coming out of this. Cuomo has shut down every other investigation into himself. He has declared that he is not accountable for his decrees during COVID. Notice on the phone call, where the aide revealed that they held info from the Feds, that no one was really upset that more people died. They were upset that they were taking heat from the people they represent.

Yes, right after they look over all the decrees he made during this past year and determine if they were legal or not.

I have gotten my hopes up too many times about Cuomo.

Sorry, but that slippery snake has slithered out of every investigation ever sent after him. I am genuinely surprised the AG came out with this.

Money, Money, Money. Money for every COVID death. Money saved for not having to pay for their healthcare. Money laundering in NYC real estate (buildings selling cheap now). And I would lay money on money from China to make it look worse.

If you question Cuomo, you do not stay employed for long. I was very surprised to hear the AG brought this up. Makes me wonder if they brought up this, what are they really hiding?

If a businesses rebelled, they got hit with fines and/or the loss of liqueur license as well. Can't sell (and perhaps buy) liqueur without a license, so no business.

Stores have signs up in NY: No Mask, No Service. Health department prowls around, and if a store is not making people wear a mask, they get fined by the undercover agent. This is a big deal for small businesses. If you can't wear a mask, you are asked to wait outside and someone will do the shopping for you.

Nothing Cuomo does in NY gets investigated. He has repeatedly shut down investigations into his doings.

It's NY. There are no elections.

He was almost primaried last time. Didn't pay attention at the time, but now I wonder.

Thank you.

If screens aren't somewhat addictive, why do we, as adults, spend so much time on electronics? Just checking New. Just jump on to see what people are saying. Just one more board.

Electronic media (games, movies, etc.) is a product that people are trying to sell you. Do you think the companies don't know how it interacts with our brains and how to stimulate those craving centers?

Video games and movies don't cause violence (though I would speculate that they give people ideas), but they can get people accustomed to violence and dull the horror of it when it happens in real life. Games and movies have become too realistic.

TV is a passive activity, and not much brain power is needed for most games and internet. Repeated passive activity dulls the brain. I believe we can agree that society as a whole today has a shorter attention span than it once did. Why is that?
