It is with humility and sacrifice that I volunteer to be the last person on earth to get it. I wouldn't want to deprive somebody else of having it. This is a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
Sadly, they're not even efficient at that. Paid my taxes owed prior to deadline and several months later received notice that I was delinquent and owed fines. They hadn't even cashed the check yet. Several months later the check mysteriously gets cashed, but they still want the fines for it being late, even though I sent it ON TIME.
