Also, the scene where he tells off George Steinbrenner to his face.

The episode where George decides to to the opposite of everything he would normally do is one of the funniest episodes of that show.

If you don't own it already you'd probably better grab a copy. Sounds like it's about to get canceled.

Yep. Harrison Ford and several other cast and crew members got food poisoning. Stephen Spielberg managed to avoid getting food poisoning because he brought his own food to the set; lots and lots of Spaghetti-Os.

Yep. The scene as originally written had Indy using his whip to pull the sword out of the swordsman's hand. But Harrison Ford was so sick that every attempt to film it as written failed. So Ford suggested "can't I just shoot the sucker?" and Spielberg liked the idea.

I recently took a trip to visit my brother in another state. He has Apple TV, so while I was there I watched the film Greyhound, which was supposed to be released in theaters last summer. I was surprised by how good it was. No woke bullshit, it's just a tense and thrilling World War II film.

But yeah, most movies I watch these days are at least 10 years old.

"First he's gonna shit, and then he's gonna kill us!"

From what I've heard, Sean Penn hates it when people bring up Fast Times at Ridgemont High. It frustrates him that everybody remembers him as a goofy stoner/surfer instead of for his more serious dramatic roles.

Did you ever see that Tom Hanks movie Mazes and Monsters? It was basically an attempt to cash in on the anti-Dungeons & Dragons moral panic of the day. It was one of those "so bad it's good" movies.

Jon Voight has said that there are more conservatives who work in Hollywood than you'd think, they just keep quiet about politics because they don't want to ruin their careers.

He actually gave a speech at the 1996 Republican Convention, but that was before he was the highest-paid actor in Hollywood. Now he has to toe the party line if he doesn't want to kill his career.

I see that you have also noticed this place is being increasingly overrun by people who act like they deserve a medal for not consuming a product or form of entertainment.

Sure. But I'm not going to be lectured about how I'm a traitor if I stop for lunch at McDonald's and happen to get a Coke with my Quarter Pounder with Cheese.
