Turns out this Robb Hurst retard is pulling numbers out of a hat, and mixing numbers out of two completely different arguments.
One is a Recount of 14k ballots. This is where the 0.26% nonsequiter occurs in the document linked.
One is a test on a Seized Dominion Machine with EQUAL Ballots for Biden and Trump entered, resulting in votes being Trump 0.87:1.13 Biden.
You are arguing a completely different statement from OP, and OP's Tweeted link.
