They did this during the midterms too. They filled out absentee ballots for people and paid postage, all you had to do was pick your candidate and send it.
They claim to be non-partisan, but are run entirely by D's. And my guess is they selectively send these to people they expect to be more likely to vote D. Basically they do all they can to increase their turn out by doing 99% of the work.
