Michael Steel is a spokesman hired by Dominion to speak with FOX News. It should be noted that this “testimony” was NOT under oath. Steel also said he does not believe ANYONE would alter the results from a US election. Steel went on to refute any and all accusations that they committed fraud . by jamesworley

Speaks very ill of Fox. To bring in a hired gun from DC-based Hamilton Place Strategies, make it seem as if he is employed by Dominion, and have him pitch the PR firms message is beyond shoddy journalism. It is activist journalism, albeit done poorly.
