Should enforce it, rather than reform it. The idea is good, if you want to be free of lawsuits you have to have a politically neutral position.

Watched a series called Trotsky on Netflix. It's in Russian with subtitles, however it was surprisingly open and damning of his character and movement (for a Russian made series).
It provides a good coverage of what happened and I found it entertaining. Especially the ending.
