Virtue signaling is the drug that fixes their low self esteem, it's the same reason they always vote for MORE GOVERNMENT, because then they can take credit for the imagined "good" the government will do without actually fixing problems at home.
So this is what you do, and what I do, virtue signaling doesnt care who us actually right, you can virtue signal against virtue signaling, especially if you're so antisocial that you can rationalize anything.
So now my "friends" group, which is to say the associates of my real friends and family I occasionally have to hang out with have been shown how to point out virtue signaling, without telling them what it really is. So whenever they start with the SJW shit, they just start a monkey-see-monkey-do feedback loop of calling each other out for virtue signalling.
