There's only one party in Washington. They like to tell you there's a difference. And people believe there's a difference. But when it gets down to it, most of them are the same. They want the status quo. We need a new party to give people an actual choice, and I hope Rand runs in 2024.

RINOs and Dems are two sides of the same coin. The Republican party died today.

This will either be the resurgence or the death of the Republican party.

This man was shot at, physically assaulted, and had his and his wife's lives threatened by BLM and antifa. I'd be pissed too.

"Texas does not have a cognizable interest in how Wisconsin runs its elections, and there are alternative forums to raise these issues."

Lol. A state doesn't have an interest in how a swing state rigs an election.

For the most part, PA's response is "...yeah well they took too long to file this"

-First, Petitioners’ unjustifiable delay in filing suit not only supports the application of laches, but also weighs against issuing an injunction. Petitioners waited over a year after Act 77 passed—and then weeks after Election Day—to first bring their claims. Petitioners should not receive extraordinary relief after unduly delaying in a manner that created the very exigent circumstances that supposedly animate their rush to this Court.

-Second, the public interest in avoiding mass disenfranchisement of an entire state militates overwhelmingly against Petitioners’ request for relief.

-Finally, granting an injunction would sow chaos and confusion across the Nation while inflaming baseless concerns about electoral impropriety and ensnaring the Judiciary in partisan strife.
