For a defamation case to be successful the plaintiff must be able to prove damages.
If we all call our representatives and demand that CJ John Roberts be investigated in regards to the statements that Lin Wood has made.
If it gains enough traction then Roberts will have more than enough for a defamation case that he CERTAINLY will not bring forth.
