4 days ago they also rejected the same case but this time brought by PA senator Mike Kelly against PA.

Incorrect. SCOTUS denied the emergency injunction relief request. Which is easily understood by the fact that courts always try to do the least amount of intervention possible.

Sen Kelly's case is still proceeding.

So, I don't really understand how they didn't have standing.

Neither do I, and neither do Justice Alito and Justice Thomas. Frankly, that's company I'm willing to keep.

Faith cannot exist in the light of ease. It can only be grown in adversity and struggle.

Y'all have lost your faith?

3 days ago we we had a half dozen SCOTUS ready cases, and now we got one, that 4 days ago wasn't even a full idea, get denied... and you think its over?!?

When Elijah called out the prophets af Baal, he dumped gallon upon gallon of water onto the altar.

And God burned the stones.

SCOTUS just dumped water on the altar.

The deadline is whenever SCOTUS says it is.

In Bush v Gore back in 2000 the only date that was ruled to be substantive was January 6th.

Nuke? A couple of cruise missiles would probably do it.

The implication here is that Nancy Pelosi would have to call and announce the outcome of the vote that directly results in Donald Trump's second term.

THAT is gonna be some Deus Vult flavored salt.

Chaos actually benefits Trump.

The longer this drags out, the more certain Trump's victory.

The Electoral College has certain, specific, Constitutionally mandated deadlines. If those dates are missed for literally any reason, then the only available remedy is to move the election to the House of Reps vote(s).

The House votes do not have the same deadline requirements.

The only way in which Trump can lose this contest is to concede.

Check for your self.

Biden is apparently more popular in Georgia, according to the crooked vote totals.

Then why exclude him from your rally?

Actions speak louder than words.

Concealment of the containers of ballots is itself proof of nefarious intent.

There is no legitimate reason nor explanation for hiding a container of ballots from view for a minimum of several hours.

Could it be a simple mistake?

No, the video clearly shows that when they pull the ballots from under the table, you can clearly see them move directly to the ballots. There is no hint of a search for missing or forgotten ballots, they move directly and without hesitation. Their body language communicates their mindset.

They knew those ballots were there. This proves a deliberate action on their part.

There was no filed report by the workers of deviation from protocols, which this absolutely is, again displaying intentional concealment.

20-30,000 votes being handled in this manner is a crime worth hanging offenders over.

The suitcases in GA had been pre-positioned.

This does not happen without coordination, planning, and an expectation that they will be needed.

Concealment proves nefarious intent.

There are a couple of states that subject legislators to the same laws as general citizens. However most do not... mostly due to the fear that LEO being very much under the Executive head could easily be used to arrest and harass opposition legislators.

If it requires both houses to maintain the objection, then either side is going to keep the electors in their own favor.

Which means that we have to win the electors.

The directionality of the errors is also a major indicator of fraud. Consistent errors against the Trump vote are evidence of systemic bias... that such errors are expected is evidence of at least professional negligence and dereliction, but arguably fraudulent actions as well.

And therefore were duplicated by an elections worker.

Observers have reported witnessing these worker duplications taking place at isolated tables without even a 2nd party signing off, let alone proper oversight by observers from both parties.

Are you gonna trust Democrat run operations to honestly transcribe the marks? 100% of the time? Just on their own integrity?

It would be easy to confuse a faxed military ballot for a xerox. Faxed ballots would have to be coming in from a phone line. There should easily be searchable phone records showing the origination of the faxes into their county system.

The right county sheriff wouldn't even need a search warrant.

This is why I am persuaded by the argument. The cheaters at this point have two goals, the first is to direct the outcome that they desire... but they cannot over do it. If the results of the fraud had Biden winning 90-10 then nobody would possibly believe such an outcome. Investigation then reveals the fraud, rendering the whole scheme a huge liability.

So they have to make a guess as too how much they must bake in, and then correct as they get a better understanding of the actual totals.

This seems to explain the actions observed.

That is the whole point of precincts. You spread the counting out across several hundred teams and you expand the transparency.

You will have more errors with a human count, but those errors will be smaller, and should tend to be honest so that they will cut both ways and even out across the whole count.
