As an adult, it's easy to differentiate between a toy and something deadly that should be handled responsibly and with respect.
For example, driving a real car around as if you're playing Mario Kart is childishly irresponsible because it will likely result in people getting permanently injured or killed.
Similarly, power outlets are dangerous and should be used responsibly and with care, rather than playing with them for amusement.
Similarly, lots of people die from gun accidents in the home, so playing with real firearms as if they are toys only encourages others to handle guns irresponsibly.
These are simple ways to prevent yourself from getting killed or permanently injuring or killing someone you love... Because if that happens, you'll find out why you don't fuck around with guns.
Nobody who accidentally shoots their wife or children while playing with a gun would say "10/10. Would do it again"... these people tend to say things more like "Waaaaaaaaa! Why do these things always happen to me????".
