I don't have a problem with birthright citizenship, but I do have problems with entitlements and non-landowner voting, remove those things and you remove the incentive to just come and giving birth to someone for the sake of citizenship.

I married someone who has a heart of gold, the mercy of a saint, and compassion of mother Teresa. She truly is the most gentle, loving, and loyal individual that I've ever known, and I'm honored to be blessed that she chose me.

And Congress must have the SAME health care options as we do, along with the same penalties for having a good one.
Right now... Congress gets TRICARE, the same health plan as our military does. Why the fuck should they get the same health care as our military? The ONLY saving grace to that statement, and this is looking with naive eyes and with a far stretch of the imagination, that maybe they'd fund the military health care system better so they'd receive better health care being on the same plan.
Since I never had the pleasure to serve (I wanted but couldn't because of health issues, they refused me) I'm sure there are 'tiers' in the military health care in which the politicians probably receive far better care than those who actually get bullets fired at them.

Exactly why we're a republic, a 'full democracy' is one vote away from communism, or any other form of repressive government. A republic isn't vulnerable in the same way, it takes many many votes to undo, and a war, as we see from 1865.
Red states should change their constitution so that a rural county has as much weight as a city vs. majority vote within a state as winner take all. That would be a better representation of people within a state as it would allow a larger voice for the people who actually work for a living.
Or better yet, go back to land owner voting.
