The defense's only tactic here is to do motion after motion to stall any action that would take place this week from letting the actual hearing of actual fraud data take place in the courts. Because once that happens and the judge rules that it's true, the MSM and Democrats can actually no longer say there's no true evidence.

A pool official in New Mexico has a picture of votalis from the close of elections and the days they sent their results, that don't match up to what the Secretary of State now is posting. And it's off by exactly 3%. if we can prove that the dominion software is flipping automatically by 3% in one location... It opens it up to look at all locations and to get that software kicked out of all elections everywhere... in the US and another countries...in the future.

My town is on the NM side ... Everything locked down, 75 max at worship, 75 customers at a time in grocery stores, no dine-in, no public schools open, no sports
Town 20 miles away, but on TX side TX ... Businesses open if they want to be... some Mask mandates are by city/county... Dine-in is mostly open... Schools are open, kids play sports,

But that's the rule with mail-in... In the states like WA and OR where they have done mail-in only for decades... You are told when you register that your signature on registration will have to match or it won't be counted. That's the only way it works.
Not verifying is not following the laws, and guarantees FRAUD will get through.
Bad handwriting isn't a valid excuse... They just have to match their own bad handwriting signature on the registration.

Not out of nowhere... Steve Pearson the GOP published a statement the day after the election, November 4th, talking about GOP poll workers getting kicked out of Las Cruces voting tabulation centers. But this lawsuit focuses on Albuquerque area... But that is the most heavily populated area of all of New Mexico, and usually determines how the vote goes on any race.
But Trump only lost by 99, 000 votes in all of New Mexico... So if they can prove fraud of any kind it might flip the state on the president and all the down ballot things too.

State laws always require that all documentation for elections be kept for 2 years. If they delete it judges are just going to end up tossing out the whole thing on this technicality. So any official who is wanting to do this is not helping anything.

But honestly... at this point the Biden campaign should have come out and said something about if they are elected they will get to the bottom of any fraud that did take place. Because we've seen enough evidence to know that fraud did take place. They could be reframing the question as to whether it changes the outcome or not... But they just choose to ignore it which implies they're complicit.
And on the flip side... Just because it was expected that VA, CA, NM, and others would go blue doesn't mean they didn't have to use fraud to make it happen cause the red wave across the country was like a tsunami!!!
The dissents in NY case were just that SCOTUS didn't have to make a ruling because the order had already been changed.
In CA he had doubled down and kept the orders in place so the judges actually had to look at the constitutionality of the orders.
She knew how to work the panel too... Calling out by name who was paying attention and who looked uninterested.

Yes... I was following this guy's question too... And then wondering the same thing.
The chart they had with the spikes on it... Was it the vote scans time stamps... Or the reporting from a precinct time stamp?.
The weird part on either answer is that it shows a trickle coming in constantly, and then spikes.
If it's the reporting: it seems to me there's no way it could be a constant trickle of reporting coming in. There's only a certain number of precincts. So you would just have that many precincts spikes on the sheet.
If it really was the scanning time codes... It seems there would be some points where none would be scanned at all, creating lots of little spikes all along the way, and not a steady curve.
Either way, I never quite followed that chart.
