It's a good idea but certifying our votes won't mean a thing as Democrats figure out what that "certified" number is and then create X+1 and win anyway. No, in red states, we have to cheat as bad as the Democrats do. Withhold state votes until we see what Democrat states are doing or reporting and then X+1 right back at them to win the national popular vote. The only way cheating gets fixed is if both sides have made it so blatant that it has to be addressed. Right now, Democrat cheating looks like an "anomaly" with GOP whining.
