He did his duty but it's hard to drag someone somewhere from over 1000 miles away.

I put on my Scott Adams persuasion cap ;)

Yes. My incredibly MAGA friend put up a fight about it being cold today, even though he isn't sure he's free tomorrow to vote.

I mean, this is good. This was a post from an Antifa account with a brick labelled "ballot" and a police car labelled "ballot box".

I posted it to expose their mentality, but I can't say I'm mad that twitter is censoring calls for riotous violence

The song posted by crazy fingers was prominently associated with the Trump campaign in 2016. It was used in a series of Trump meme videos that were quite popular, but I'm not sure if it started there.

I'll link one in a moment:

No. Early voting is typically not open on the Monday before the election (in FL), but early voting was disrupted in these counties due to weather issues. They added the extra day today to make up for it.

Polls are not closed today in all of FL!!! He has updated since, there are two big red counties open today for IPEV

Edit: Gulf and Bay counties are open today for voting.

Edit 2: I said that these are big red counties. For clarification, I don't mean that they are particularly populous, but that GOP has a 30%+ lead in both.

You're right. I was just parodying Trump's "you've lost the left" from debate one.

She has Mrs. McCloskey down to a tee. She has her demeanor, her posture, her pose. It's incredibly impressive for a Halloween costume!

Yes!!! There is so much PPE litter and extra plastic wrap used to keep us "safe from the virus." We could lean into the environmentalism stuff and have a day of China Virus Litter Cleanup

Bernie came out to Ann Arbor recently on behalf of Biden and got maybe 10 people. He had around 10k when he came during the primary.

I don't see how an event like that moves the needle for anyone. Also, the students are on lockdown and can get kicked out of the dorm for violating the restrictions, so even fewer may show (or vote) this week.

I believe it's meant to read [Capitol] Hill staffer just texted me: K[amala]H[arris] is ready to get back to the Senate.

I was first confused that it was Katie Hill as well

I believe it is intentional to pander to PA by invoking Gettysburg. Why mention IL, a safely blue state?

Constitution_jd 23 points ago +23 / -0

It's not an accident. He's doing it to pander to PA by referencing Gettysburg. But he's using an IL quote. It's craven and disgusting to perpetuate ignorance for political gain.

He keeps lying about Lincoln. The House Divided speech was in Springfield IL at the statehouse, not in Gettysburg. It really pisses me off to an irrational degree

No, it's presented that way to justify service cuts and a big property tax hike. This is not meant to make her look good. It's meant to make the Chicago budget problem look as dire as possible

Your premise is wrong. The Trump campaign is not blindly following polling and does look at other metrics. Probably the same for Biden, although I'm not as familiar with their apparatus.

Even the Bernie campaign based a fair bit of its strategy on non-polling based indicators.

Do not break local election laws in the process. Know what you are doing. Do not make our side look bad by breaking election laws.

NO UNFORCED ERRORS

I'm not looking at polls to make this argument. I'm looking at rallies. Rallies indicate where the campaign thinks it is worth spending resources based on their internal information. Both campaigns think PA is worth a substantial portion of their time. Thus, it is competitive and will probably not be a blowout
