That's what I've been thinking about! They knew that they needed to put a Democrat SoS in all swing states (or at least a corruptable RINO). Jocelyn Benson (MI SoS), Katie Hobbs (AZ SoS), Kathy Boockvar (PA SoS), and so on. Their 2018 "Blue Wave" is now looking clearly manufactured
