They have refused the public's Approval to Laws that is integral and necessary for the public good.
They have forbidden the state Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till the federal approval be obtained; and when so suspended, they have utterly neglected to attend to them.
They refused to pass Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, especially in the rural areas, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature to the big cities, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
They have called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the holdings of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures.
They have ignored Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness their invasions on the rights of the people.

They have abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of their Protection and waging War against us.
They have waged endless wars, aided rioters in burning down our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people with mandated lockdowns.
They, at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries under the guise of compassionate migration to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & commit treachery not paralleled in even the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
They have forced our fellow Citizens taken Captive by their political ideologies to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
