We already have the right as Citizens to enforce the law and to remove those in office who break the law. It's in English Common Law, which our law is based on and part of Anglo Saxon Jurisprudence.
Once any of the Leadership began giving Illegal Orders, Contradictory Orders and just plain started acting nuts we SHOULD have all shown up in massive numbers, armed to the teeth and removed them from office and replaced them. It's as simple as that.
The entire system is there for OUR benefit so that we don't HAVE to do that. But, if the system decides that they are in charge and can do whatever they want then WE have to step in.
The Battle of Athens GA is a prime example. Corrupt Government Officials try to steal the Election, again, and citizens rebel and take over.
Everything in this Country is set up for Local Control. ALL OF IT. That's why Local Counties can be DRY despite the ending of Prohibition. If you gain control of a County then you can do virtually anything you want. The SJW Bunch has learned this. This is why they've taken over several small areas. It's Legal for them to do. The only time the State or Feds can intervene is if there is a Federal or State Law that applies to "The Citizenry" as a whole. Like with School Integration. Eisenhower sent in Federal Troops to force Schools to Integrate after the Court Ruling.
First you take as many Counties as possible. Then you take the State. In the example of Witmer they should have just all shown up and arrested her, ousted her from office. Replace her with whomever is next in charge and then stood there and if the new one didn't order an end to the lockdown get rid of them too!
