I fought for nearly a year to stop Antiracist mandatory DEI training at my job. Been on a vacation and just got work a couple of my coworkers threw down about it with the bosses.
I have been respilling some of them and a Uber liberal super anxious coworker called them out. Your leadership matters. I led the charge and others saw it and are falling in. Sure it was scary, stressful, risky etc.
I have young kids and I can’t afford to lose their freedom so let war come in MY time
