If you aren’t offering IQ evidence supporting your claim that “they are clearly a sub-human race” - then what evidence are you supporting that they are subhuman.
I understand the thesis of your claim - “blacks are subhuman and thus do not enjoy equal protection under the law” - I’m just confused why the body of your evidence is dissociated from your arguments main thesis.

I’m not sure why your IQ is being used as a measure of being homosapien. I’ve never seen that be used as the measure of membership.
Also, I’m saying that as a group - retarded people are still human regardless of their IQ and again - as a group - probably have less DNA difference from average whites than do the average black.
Your thesis seems to be “blacks should not have equal protection under the law because their low IQ means they are not human” - I’m not sure why
A. You equate IQ as being a measure of being Homo sapiens?
B. You consider blacks low IQ but they share more common DNA than whites than koko or a chimp, why is DNA or some other biological trait not more indicative of being human?
C. Why would you want to live in world where the law treats you unequally due to your race or social class? Who says the law would select for intelligence as the trait that gets special benefits? A problem (one of many) with arguing that others are subhuman as a result of their group membership and are not afforded equal protection under the law is that it’s politically impractical as it provides no incentive for the “opposition” to cease conflict and is, ironically, the gospel of BLM - one that happens to be particularly good at illiciting conflict - due to the fact that as a white person “genocide” isn’t really an acceptable outcome so you might as well fight to the death.
Again, the idea of equality of “function” ( i.e intelligence) to equality under the law (presumption of innocence, civil liberties) is as different as equality of opportunity (equal standards for college admissions) to equity of outcome (affirmative action).
When you cite affirmative action college admissions as unfair due to race discrimination unfairly favoring racial characteristics immaterial to the function of learning you should see my point... It’s an argument for equal treatment under the law.
