“An event can also be considered sentinel event even if the outcome was not death, permanent harm, severe temporary harm and intervention required to sustain life. Such events are called "sentinel" because they signal the need for immediate investigation and response.”

The MAGA movement would do itself a BIG favor if we defined the sentential events that require ACTION EN MASSE as well as define the PREDETERMINED ACTION RESPONSE.

Liberals know how to move en MASSE because the organize and plan in such a way that individual people can simply join in and know what to do. We need our own Transition Integrity Plan and that means anticipating likely scenarios and DEFINING REDLINES AND RESPONSES USING DECENTRALIZED ORGANIZATION models. Ie community organizing etc.

Ex. Use surveys to gather, publish and consolidate support without advocating any option suggested In the survey.
