Major points:

Businesses shall be closed if they don't comply. Businesses are now responsible for enforcing the government's mask orders. Businesses must now have an on-site compliance officer assigned from their staff. If a business violates this order, they will first receive a warning then a notice to close immediately. Citizens are provided a phone number to call and report violations. BWC, local health department and local police are authorized to inspect businesses and enforce this order.
