He does have the unilateral authority to reject contested electors and send the decsion back to the states. If you disagree, so be it. Jenna Ellis does not. Neither does President Trump.

In 2016, there were no contested electors. Sheez. Hillary conceded. Stop with the ad ad hominem attacks. We are on the same side. If you think Pence acted in the only way he could, I disagree with you. And so does our President.

Except, Jefferson's 1800 GA EC votes were never signed. They were not legit. It was a massive scandal. He said too bad, I am the VP, I get to decide which ones to accept and reject, and he took em. He acted in a biased manner. That is the point. HE MADE HIMSELF THE PRESIDENT! The Vice President has the power and authority to choose, when there is a disupute, which EC votes to accept, and which to reject. That is a historical fact, that you must not have been aware of. Now you are.

Jefferson took charge, and acted in his own interest, when there was a dispute over the validity of the EC votes. Pence could have done the same. He failed us.

He is not correct, and neither are you. Per Barnes: Jefferson and Adams both chose contested EC votes per their discretion that favored them. Pence is wrong. He is a coward. He failed in this most important moment in history. Read your history friend.

  1. Suspend Congress. Stops the EC certification process.
  2. Martial Law and Insurrection Act. Round up the traitors. Confiscate the machines. Audit the election / votes. Prove fraud in swing states.
  3. State Legislatures vote in contested states.
  4. Resume Congress. Count true EC votes as certified by state legislatures.
  5. Trump sworn in on 1/20.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt. You clearly have not read Pence's letter. Read it, and I think you will agree with SIdney Powell: Pence is a coward; and Lin Wood: Pence is a traitor.

Except for the election of 1800. Jefferson acted in a manner that favored himself, when he, as the Vice President, accepted improperly certified electoral college votes from Georgia. So, Pence is wrong. And in saying this has never happened before, he is either lying or is ignorant. Neither is good.

It is what he DID NOT say, or do: He failed to immediately reject the fraudlent EC votes from Arizona, and he released a statement, saying that he would not object to Biden Electors from the disputed states.
