The problem is the lawsuits. Now businesses are potentially open to someone suing for being fired or not hired, alleging it was because of their sexual orientation. They used to not have title 7 as a way to gain entry to the court system... now they do.
I was in the FSU SGA Student Senate from 2009-2011, it was an SJW pity-party then. Everyone was all about SJW platitudes like any inequity was attributable to racism, any conservative talking point was basically shouted down, you had to have your party's campaign ticket check 3-4 boxes (minority, female, etc.) in order to have a chance at winning anything, the Black Student Union was super involved so there was a lot of BLM stuff before BLM was an actual organization, etc. Not surprised this happened. I actually was a student senator with Galen Wood, the guy who was arrested in Florida for having his card game store open! I was also not surprised he would be arrested for that, but I was proud of him! Basically, and it's clear from this article, FSU SGA was cucked then, and it's even more cucked now...
