Another thing I love about muh Texas, we have our own grid which is only tied to the national grid at a couple points. We can disconnect easily and support Texas' needs while not being hurt by national blackouts or outages. We have excess generation capacity, the UK is whining now about being 500 MW short..... we have more than that in reserve.
