I would get the registration voter lists for several of the smaller counties, such as Antrim, and go over them with a fine tooth comb. Anyone dead, moved away, non citizens, etc.
I'd also examine the mail-in ballots, and see if there is anything unusual with them. I'd of course try and match signatures to the
signature on Michigan's Qualified Voter File.
I would look at the speed of the signature as Well as how it matches if I'd have time, as there could be signature files out there from credit cards, etc. that could have been clumsily forged.
Any envelopes with these mail-in ballots still?
That could be key if those could be looked at as well.
Lastly I'd look at all the registered voters in a couple of these small counties to see if there was a larger than usual rate of change of addresses over the last 2 year's or so.
Just imagine if someone who didn't know Engrish was told to vote on a bunch of ballots for Biden. They wouldn't know what they were voting for besides Biden.

This is potentially voter fraud. As the House races are Federally elected positions, the Federal government can potentially charge anyone knowingly involved in this, even the S.o.S. of Michigan, with federal charges.
Either dead, someone who moved out of the county, under age voters, illegal aliens, or just plain made up.
All of these PHANTOM voters names could have been used for mail-in votes, it seems.
Must examine the registered voter list of a smaller county and find out how many are real and correlate with this analysis.
This is using 2010 data that the U.S. Census has updated to their expected 2019 results (V2019).
Obviously this can be recalculated using 2020 data when available.
President Trump can order it be recalculated right now with 2020 data for further accuracy.
This can be presented in the Joint Session of Congress, along with a lot of other evidence.

or, at the very least throw out the Michigan Electoral Votes due to either seemingly blatant fraud or almost complete incompetence by the Michigan's Secretary of State Office.
If a further investigation finds that a good number of these PHANTOM Registered Voters did indeed cast ballots, then the offending party, clearly the Biden camp, should be penalized by awarding all of the Michigan Electoral Delegate Votes to Donald J. Trump.
