I found out way back when that my KODAK digital camera automatically embedded the serial number into the digital PICTURE file.
That number exacty matched the serial number on the camera itself.
I almost guarantee that any pic. you take will also have this info. embedded in the picture file itself.
Why? Obviously KODAK was in on it, along with the overreaching gov't.
Even though I can't verify it right now, it's almost certain to still continue, maybe even worse now: I.e. encrypted serial number, etc.
What I did l, way back when, was strip the serial number from the pic. file by importing it into M.S. Paint, and then save the file again.
It worked back then.
Don't know what numbers they use now to I.D. and connect your smart phone to the pic. (jpg, etc.) file.
Just BEWARE.
