Screw these dick wads. I’d like to see them go after Powell for libel, they won’t. I am a little concerned when it comes to the election, the longer the team doesn’t have full audit going on and access to the machines, who knows what they might be doing to cover their tracks.

Eggnog on thanksgiving? Isn’t that a Christmas beverage?

It’s because they need to focus on something other than the material. I truly don’t understand why/how people on the left can be convinced that Trump worked with Russia, but that there is absolutely no fraud in this election. It’s pretty wild how easily people can be manipulated.

I disagree. There were entire counties that allowed it to happen. i.e solid blue

If your first thought has to deal with grammar, then fuck off. What happened is disgusting and third world type shit. We went to war for far less, i.e stamp act, and the tax on tea.

We all need to dress up like native Americans and throw libtards into the ocean.

InBush v. Gore,1 a case of dramatic result but of perhaps limited significance for equal protection, the Supreme Court ended a ballot dispute that arose during the year 2000 presidential election. The Florida Supreme Court had ordered a partial manual recount of the Florida vote for Presidential Electors, requiring that all ballots that contained a clear indication of the intent of the voter be counted, but allowing the relevant counties to determine what physical characteristics of a ballot would satisfy this test. The Court held that the Equal Protection Clause would be violated by allowing arbitrary and disparate methods of discerning voter intent in the recounting of ballots. The decision was surprising to many, as a lack of uniformity in voting standards and procedures is inherent in the American system of decentralized voting administration. The Court, however, limited its holding to the present circumstances, where a state court with the power to assure uniformity fails to provide minimal procedural safeguards.2 Citing the many complexities of application of equal protection in election processes generally, the Court distinguished the many situations where disparate treatment of votes results from different standards being applied by different local jurisdictions.

Rule 26(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (and comparable state court rules) allow courts to adjust the timing and sequence for conducting discovery. This gives courts the discretion to order discovery on an expedited basis, so that it can be conducted prior to a preliminary injunction hearing. Courts generally grant a motion for expedited discovery for good cause shown, or through an evaluation of the abovementioned preliminary injunctive relief elements. Expedited discovery can be sought on discrete issues that will bolter your case for injunctive relief. While this process adds to the amount of work that must be completed in an already short timeframe, it can uncover invaluable evidence to support your motion.

Wild claims? I don’t see any wild conspiracy theories. It’s actually more grounded in law than I thought it would be. Your an idiot.

So many people think they know everything. I didn’t go to law school, but I don’t see how they are alike in anyway. If I wanted to listen to a bunch of idiots, I would go to Twitter

Reading it again, they have both the fraud and equal protection laws covered in PA, Michigan and Georgia. Supreme Court is not allowing China Joe into the White House.

Side note, Why isn’t Wilkow more popular. I’ve seen a lot of people suggest alternatives to Faux, but never see him referenced.

Does anybody have a clue on what the Kracken might be? I read earlier that it may have been some program by the DOD?
