Might be a dumb question, but there are like thousands of pages to go through and it’s all quite technical and with the Texas Vs PA et al there is a time factor at play. Do they literally just read it all and since it’s in their field of expertise they have the acuity to process everything that quickly? Or do they have some help from clerks etc to read some of it and give them highlights? (And can those people be trusted not to skew he issue)?
Maybe I’m just frustrated by everything, but, I wish James okeefe would just shut up.
Every 3 days there’s some big bombshell or whatever other bullshit that project Veritas puts out and NOTHING ever happens.
It’s just a big waste of everyone’s time and turns into another circle jerk echo chamber leading to a big nothing.
Oh look it’s another video of some guy’scousin who works over there saying this and that. At the end no one cares and it’s a waste of every one’s time. We all know cnn has an anti trump agenda. I don’t need another 5,000 undercover cell phone videos to tell me that.
All that ever happens with his nonsense is that Sean Hannity spends 40 minutes each day for the next 3 weeks staring sternly into the camera and shaking his head in disbelief.

Looks like Giuliani wants to be directly involved in today’s PA federal case.
Maybe someone with law background can put some of this stuff in plain English and assess if there’s a strong case here on either side.
The original complaint filed by Team Trump is easy to read, but the follow ups are a bit too lawyer-ish.
These are only the main plaintiff and defendant filings.
A bunch of lawyers from the Democratic Party and other civil rights groups also tacked along and submitted their own filings why the case should be dismissed but I didn’t download those. There are also affidavits from Trump lawyers that I didn’t grab.
Looks like Trump has one lawyer going against many and they definitely submitted a shit ton of paperwork to push for a dismissal.

I guess the big firm didn’t like the PR issues? Hopefully this isn’t a sign of them thinking the case is futile...

Today the Trump vs PA case started.
Some updates people might find interesting:
Boockvar wanted the case transferes from Williamsport where it is now to Harrisburg. This was denied. I’m not sure if there is anything more to read into that but if anyone can make any points regarding this context, please do.
Plaintiffs and Defendant are scheduled to file their motions (for relief and dismiss respectively) tomorrow and follow up responses by 16th.
Oral arguments set for 17th at 1:30 pm.
Evidentiary hearing is the 19th.
Hoping for fairness in this whole thing.
I’m all for another 4 years of Trump and I know in 2016 Hillary was leading in the polls with like a 95% chance of winning. Now I see stuff online comparing then and now and they’re saying Biden has a bigger chance or something along those lines. Anyone give me some peace of mind that all the data out there is skewed against him and that a victory is possible? I’m getting a bit worried...
