Statistically, the Biden 2020 offset shouldn't have happened. The actual voter increases or decreases historically tracked the registered voter trend. In 2016, actual voter changes somewhat magnified the registered voters change. But Biden 2020, totally went the oppsite way. For example, ARMSTRONG Registered -13.45% , Actual +17.76%, CAMERON, Registered -22.87% , Actual +19.40%, CLEARFIELD, Registered -25.32% , Actual +17.05%. The numbers in some small population counties are more absurd. This may have been caused by Trump's larger than expected voters and by their algorithm trying to keep Biden's proportion above Clinton 2016 in each county. I noticed when examining data at https://www.electionreturns.pa.gov/ Biden gained some proportion from Clinton 2016 in almost every county which is odd considering most had decreased registered democrat voters. This indicates that auditing red counties may be as important as auditing the blue counties.
Our common understanding is that voters in the middle switching party may cause the result to switch. The 2012 and 2016 election results reflect this rule, as shown in chart (6,7) the red (REP) and blue (DEM) line kind of mirrors to a centerline. However, in 2016, Trump added enough votes to switch the result. In 2012, although Romney added some votes and Obama lost a lot of votes, but not enough to switch the results.
While the 2020 result chart (5) shows a different scenario, the red adds votes, and the blue adds more, so the blue line always on top of the red, and sort of traces the red line. Consider in most counties, the registered DEM voters actually decreased, and REP voters actually increased. So Trump's added voters could come from the added registered REP voters. Where did Biden's added voters come from? Independent? If DEM members lost interest to vote for him, would you expect more independents would vote for him? The cause of this is likely that the algorithm added more Biden votes to compensate for Trump's votes.
3)ALL OVER THE COUNTRY we heard that Trump won more black votes, more Latino votes. As a result, Trump gained a lot more votes. Then Biden lost black votes, lost Latino votes and somehow he gained millions of more votes than Trump? From Whom? From where?
