Our common understanding is that voters in the middle switching party may cause the result to switch. The 2012,2016 results reflect this rule. In chart(6,7) the REP and DEM line somewhat mirrors to a centerline. The 2020 chart(5) shows a different scenario, the red adds votes, and the blue adds more (media.patriots.win)

Biden Offset: Our common understanding is that adding registered voters will likely result in added actual votes, and vice versa, as shown in 2016 chart(3,4). In Pennsylvania 2020, chart(1), Biden added voters in all counties, in spite of decreased DEM voters, offset up 20%~40%. Done by algorithm? (media.patriots.win)
