Your information is wrong because Marvin didn’t have any sewer lines to begin with.

He had a buried concrete mixer, because the property was an old concrete facility, that he filled with his feces. When it rained, he pumped it out into an irrigation ditch that was used for a ranch and to water the lawns of towns folks. He submitted a petition to be hooked up to the city lines; however, there was a complication because of how sewer lines function. Marvin needed a special shit pump to allow his lot, which he would have to pay for, to connect to the piping that the city would lay. Marvin called this “Extortion by Government Fiat” because the most popular excavating company in town was partially owned by someone related to a city council member. He was offered the option to simply instal a septic tank but refused and dropped the case. He was still accepted into the city’s sewage district because never canceled his form.

Nine years passed between that and when it was brought up again. Marvin asked for leniency with the matter and was immediately granted it. He was in the middle of the lawsuit with the concrete plant, this time claiming they would be too noisy and dusty despite Marvin’s place being a fucking muffler shop, when he was made the offer. Drop the lawsuit and they’ll pay for the hook up to the city line to be finished. Marvin refused and later lost his lawsuit, losing his opportunity for a cost free hook up. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back for Marvin and convinced him to sell off everything he owned, netting him a nice $400,000. With the exception of the bull dozer because no one wanted to buy it, thus he believed it was destined by god for him to keep it. Hence, the delusion of the Killdozer and his incoherent ramblings were born.

The buyer of the shop was extremely generous to let him [unknown to them] work on the Killdozer before he left. Marvin was not a reasonable man who was screwed by malicious state actors. He literally was the cause for all of his own problems.

It’s honestly because enough people just broke and sold instead of holding. I knew it was over the moment I saw news stories about how these poor mother duckers got rich and did some heartfelt deeds with their money. Then the short ladder attacks hit and it triggered the cattle to make the home run. Leaving the last few people to hold the worthless bags having been screwed royally by panic sellers. Oh well, it was a pipe dream to think the public could organize to do anything substantial anyways.

Communism is being allowed to flourish here, the masses are fucking stupid, doom and gloom - etcetera.

Which dispute? The one where he went in a rampage and endangered the lives of hundreds of people? The one where he tried to up sell three times and failed, which the government didn’t get involved in?

The government was only involved in Marvin’s claim about zoning laws being broken, they were not, and when Marvin was forced to do something other than dump his literal shit into an important irrigation ditch for 9 years. Fun fact, the concrete company offered to pay for his portion of the sewer line and the pump if he would stop trying to sue them.

It astounds me that some many of us on here agree that domestic terrorists like Antifa need to be stopped and yet some people are fine with this man’s actions.

No they didn’t and if you had bothered researching the topic instead of gulping down an Internet legend, you would know this. Marvin never had sewage lines to his home, which is what the sewage issue was in the first place. He had been dumping his literal shit into a buried concrete mixer and then waiting for rainy days to drain it into irrigation ditches. He was fined because he wouldn’t get a proper septic tank and he wouldn’t buy the fucking uphill pump needed to hook up to the city sewer lines. Mind you, the city was covering everything else in that deal. A fair price? He got his land for $42,000 and was offered $270,000+ buy the company. He agreed on the deal but changed the price to $375,000 when they returned with the 270K. They then returned with his new $375,000 but he changed his mind and wanted $450,000 at that point. They proceeded to exit the deal, buy a different piece of land, and begin developing that instead. The video I’m linking actually has a Google Earth screenshot in it that shows his road was still intact. You’ve been sold a lie by some psychotic people who want a terrorist to be their hero. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&feature=youtu.be&v=Yvl_7_Up7zU [It won’t let me hyperlink for some reason,]

No, this is what happens when people don’t know the full story and take a Facebook post at full value.

Marvin was never screwed over by someone else. It was always his poor judgement and personal faults that lead him to his psychotic break down. I actually have an hour long video bookmarked where someone discusses what happened in detail. This dude was a piece of shit long before he went on his rampage that terrorize innocent small business owners that had nothing to do with him losing his court cases. This man was so petty and delusional that he thought he was on a mission from god.

Edit: He threw his shit into city ditches instead of disposing of it properly.

Marvin never lost the road to his shop, he lost the short cut he took because the facility was built in the lot he use to cut across.

The concrete facility never destroyed his sewage lines - he never had them to begin with.

Marvin tried to hurt people, he had a list of names with the list of buildings. He shot at propane tanks but couldn’t hit shit due to his sights being blocked. He destroyed the home of a former mayor who had nothing to do with his feud with the city council.

He did and he refused to comply with the city when it learned he was dumping his literal shit into ditches owned by the city. If I recall, they were used by farmers who complained about Marvin doing that.

His whole story is a tale of Marvin not knowing when to stop demanding for more.

Marvin went to destroy their fucking concert facility, so yeah. A man who owned some of the building tried to stop him. You know what else happened? They tried to buy Marvin’s land and accepted his deals until he backed out for the third time in an attempt to jack the price up.

This dude was a lunatic who got pissy that he scared off an investor.

Jesus Christ, people still idolize this dude? He was a fucking nut, through and through. Believed he was on some mission from god when it was revenge. He didn’t get screwed over, he screwed himself by being greedy. Edit: Do you want to know the full story behind this piece of crap? Here is a link to his story in detail.

Edit 2:

Screw the pussies who downvoted me, what are you - some socialist faggots? Too delicate to handle the reality of the world? Suck it up, that piece of crap was no hero.

Myanmar experienced a military coup, again, and used “voting irregularities” to justify their actions. Mind you, it’s military actually does have a track record of being self serving as hell. While I get the subtle meaning, I think it reflects poorly on us if we want a “Myanmar” to happen here too.

In this context, the fabled military tribunals that some people want.

I avoid these kind of arguments because I’m pretty sure the infamous video of Ashley Babbit’s(?) murder shows one protester with a rifle in his arms.

Besides, all it takes is one or two snapshots of 1:5,000 people carrying a firearm, never mind using it, for them to convince everyone that you are a liar. I simply point out that, would revolutionaries have not used Ashley’s death as motivation to start fighting and breaking into the chamber?
