Roof line doesn't match up, the "studio" one has a peaked roof and the White House has a flat roof (like the one in the video). So, unless they're going to great lengths to CGI in a new roof I don't know. And could the red that we are seeing be a result from the low quality camera potato and the trees lining the property that give that effect. True, there is a red facade to that building on the lot but it's only red on one side and not all the way around. And the nearest building in D.C. is way too far away to even show up in a view like that. So I default to it being the trees on the WH grounds.
