Everyone is missing the point on this one. Most Union voting is done in multiple layered envelopes to keep your identity a secret. Your vote goes in one envelope with your name on it, the second envelope has a generic return address and no sender identifying information. True, the final vote can be traced to you but is normally kept secret form the business/company that you are trying to unionize against. But with in-person voting Amazon will have the ability to video or photograph every person who shows up to vote. It's not even diabolical - if not blatantly obvious why Amazon wants to know who's voting to unionize.
