It's not one of those sudden memes, this one has been a low boil for a while. I don't know the full details of the origin, but basically it comes down to "Throw communists from helicopters" and Pinochet (who apparently actually did that).

Upstate is Trump country right now. Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester are too or trending that way.

When isn't that true? Urban areas go blue, everywhere else goes red. That's pretty universal. It's baked into the red/blue state stuff already.

Question: What's the point of a polling firm that keeps their methodology private?

I ain't saying 50 state landslide, no sir. But I do think the "new voter vote" is going to be unprecedented and wildly in Trump's favor.

Point one: Who, in the entire country, has TDS that didn't already have it October 2016? The anti Trump vote is already maxed, has been for years, has to be.

Point two: With riots, political correctness, and flaming media bias ramping up for 4 years straight, people are coming off the sidelines en masse. They were going along with what they thought was normal, but democrats have been sailing off into the horizon of madness.

Point Three: All polls are based on what the pollster thinks the electorate is going to look like, which is based on what it looked like in the past. But it's going to change a lot this time, and only in Trump's favor.

People are already noticing that polls reliably predict Dem results but underestimate the GOP turnout of the final result.

All of this is especially true in the rust belt states that carried Trump to victory once, and every sign shows them moving in the same direction still.

I'm not saying landslide, but I'm not betting against it either.

If you look very closely, you can actually tell this isn't Hillary. The giveaway is that there's no discarded shoe off to the side.

As my Jewish Republican grandmother was fond of saying, "Jews would vote for Hitler if he registered as a Democrat."

Every rich person with a soul eventually turns to philanthropy. This is Trump's.

They already say "Silence is violence," so yeah.

"Cessation of conflict between the west and the middle east is predicated on the submission of victimized brown people to Western Imperial Colonialism. Any deal that does not result in the complete toppling of western influence in the region is therefore in fact not peaceful, but rather an endorsement through consent of continued western violence."

Easy as pie.

It's an obvious next step from "silence is violence," after all.

Not that I have any sympathy for the Nobel Prize for sycophantic bullshittery, but stuff like this is still too funny.

Wait what? One of the pieces of evidence was a driver's license from the wreckage? No way.

God, how backward.

You'd think that they'd appreciate a good person joining the force, to be a positive force for improvement within the system.

But no, they see the collective identity of law enforcement as evil. So joining that identity means adopting the evil.

Collectivism is the biggest stain on humanity.

What happened to "And he tries?"

First president in a long time to actually enjoy working for the American people every day.

Was that the peaceful protest where protestors tried to blind law enforcement with high powered lasers? Or was it the peaceful protest where protestors tried to seal law enforcement inside a building and light it on fire?

I think we only need two more terms. One more of Trump, then one of a non-Trump MAGA president. We need time to settle and for TDS to work its way out of the country's system (which will be accelerated by the presence of a non Trump leader who doesn't have TDS themselves). By then, I think enough work will be done and the cultural foundation will have shifted enough that we can survive some waffling. If we get 8 more years of MAGA, and it's as effective as it has been, then even if a dem gets elected, it will have to mean a return to the party of JFK.

We can survive an American left. In fact, eventually it will be necessary. What we can't survive is a Marxist left. But their Waterloo will be in the next 8 years (if not the next 8 months).

Incredible detail exactly mimicking the squirmy vein on Obama's temple.

Plus a big orb that's conspicuously nowhere on his actual face, which makes the vein look just like a sperm.

Plus the artist's calling card is sperm subtly hidden in his paintings.

Snopes rating: Right Wing Homophobic Conspiracy Theory

I honestly, in my heart of hearts, believe that Obama is deeply embarrassed by that portrait.

I think he picked a politically suitable artist but naively expected him to take the job seriously. He wanted a bold yet classic portrait, like he wanted a consequential and enduring legacy. But he got a spergy, flat, POS instead, and had no out. He couldn't reject it or act disappointed, and now he's stuck with it forever.

Secession, not succession. What happens when a state secedes.

I didn't even know about that show, lol. I remember thinking Wilmore was funny on The Daily Show, but why would anyone think he had the personality to headline a show? He was a good contributor but his shtick was too calm and straight to carry a comedy show.

Ah but who needs charisma when you've got melanin, right?
