Could you not to some degree say the same about Trump? He did a lot of good for the people in the face of absolute evil but he did falter here and there because as fun as it is to deify him, he is just a man and not perfect. If he had been a tad less abrasive and a little more informed maybe it would have been easier to convince people he was on their side and it would have been much harder to rig an election against a real landslide. Would he not still have had our support? Or are there too many hero worshippers in our midst?

You can’t flip flop if you never take a hard stance, and that’s what’s so annoying. It’s almost more insulting that they think it would be too complicated to explain that and just say lol peanut butter. But every person celebrated during Black History Month is basically condensed to a sound byte for easy consumption so we fit them into 28 days.
My favorite part of Black History Month was always George Washington Carver. If the most prominent inventor you have to put forward basically just mashed nuts into a spread, I would probably just leave inventors out of people I celebrate. Instead they started making some up, by essentially making the standard for being an inventor making any small change to something that already exists.
