Our National Guard is a joke. Most are all fat and out of shape looking. They don't make me feel safe (I make myself safe) and I don't fear them by AlwaysReady15

I'm in the NG they keep them like that to protect the optic during storage. If left on normally the optic sticks out of the weapon rack and could be smacked and damaged.
