Doesn't distinguish between building, where the research is long done and excellent organization can speed things up significantly; and an experimental vaccine, where the research is being done right now and there's no way to speed it up without overt negligence, for which there may be hell to pay.

We have to be able to point out that there's an ethnic dynamic going on, and it's important to do so without unnecessarily vilifying people who happen to be that ethnicity but have no involvement in the lording-over. 2% of the population means 6 million people, most of whom are not running social media, mass media, most of federal government, most of Hollywood, and major banks.
