"Casualties" includes death and injury. Some have had their skin peel off. Others have developed Bell's Palsy. It's complete speculation why, except it causes your immune system to attack your organs. When it gets through the blood brain barrier, that's where the biggest neurological problems come in. These are all auto-immune disorders, which is not what Bell's Palsey is supposed to be. Casualties are at least 7x more frequent than death. All sorts of weird stuff.
