It seems like Governor blackface has 2 options, the National Guard and State Police. He have already seen the State Police positioning armored assets around the city, but what about the national guard? Obviously units outside the city will fight for America, but what about other units. Does blackface have any actual military that will take arms for him if ordered to do so?
