Weeks? For me, it's been the entire last 4 years. I've been waiting for ONE perp walk, one DS snake to be fired in a timely manner, a purge of an infected federal organization, some fighting tactics instead of twatter complaining. I've been waiting for 4 years.
We are a massive joke to the world right now. We have our constitution, our 2A and the biggest army the world has ever seen if organized into action. But we've become so weak, soft and brainwashed to the point we can't even keep a small town mayor and city council from destroying their own community with edicts that have no scientific foundation or rationality.
If this country was what we thought it was or even should be, we'd be seeing "eradication" cells working all over the country eliminating the tyrants one by one. It's shocking we still see people like wHitler, Garceti, Newsome, Cuomo, and dozens of others still freely destroying people's lives with no consequence.
Maybe that might come true. But the next fight will have to go back into the states themselves. Without the states, DC is powerless. We start taking back our states and force them into submission, then we can turn the corner.
He would be a great leader and voice for the people to take action. I'm still 50/50 on whether Trump will actually make some big calls on this. Still don't have any idea or directive from him for 1/6. Is it just another rally where he'll talk about what the administration has done for 4 years, how bad the media has been, how corrupt congress and the courts are? That is not what we need to hear there. We need directive!
Not true. I'm northeast of Austin and everything is open here too. But the restaurants are limited capacity. You never see people dining out. Other walk-in businesses have to restrict capacity and if you read many of the local ordinances, you will see them refer back to the governor's policies, guidelines and restrictions as the basis for what they're doing. He laid the foundation for them to this and he can start removing it.
Yes and No. I've read a few of the local government websites and they all cite Abbott's "guidelines" and restrictions as a basis for their own ordinances. If he just takes some action and eliminates those, things will improve.
This! Want to talk about political correctness, that's exactly what the mask, lockdowns and limited capacity is all about. There's only one question they should be asking about all of, if those measures really worked, why has it taken a whole year? The disease should've been nearly extinguished back in the summer if those measures had any scientific basis.
But Abbott is succumbing to the local media mob who spends their entire daily broadcasts talking about Rona. He's been completely paralyzed by this and even with the state voting nearly all RED, he still doesn't have the foresight to realize we've had enough of all of this BS here. He needs to make some bold moves against the mainstream thinking for once. That feeds the PC animal.

That's it right there. I've been critical at times about the POTUS's decisions and actions over the past 4 years. Get downvoted here and there, but it's not based on negativity but rather objective analysis. We want him to win and succeed but it's like watching when your favorite ball team is making errors that causes them to beat themselves. If that's not brought into the light, you can't fix the problem for the next game. Only here there will not be a "next game."
I find myself having to pull away from this site and get into some other activities for positive reinforcement. But it's difficult to not be drawn here to get the most up-to-date information on what's happening. It's the ONLY place we have on the web for that. Even places like OANN are delayed in their reporting.

Problem with any new candidates or party, we have to get control of our states and local governments. They control the voting apparatus and are complicit in both the voting fraud and the Rona. After DC, we have to get busy with our states with the same passion we have for DJT.
He has great power from his office, but more importantly from the support he's gained over the past 4 years from this MAGA movement. He needs to show he's REALLY fighting because tweets and waiting for lawyers will not do it and will end in failure. He can give us some directive and drive this thing home just by taking a bold stand. We're still waiting.
You're getting downvoted by a few clods who think anyone who posts opinions even remotely critical of Trump are to be viewed as the enemy. This is not the case at all. We want him to succeed as bad as anyone here, but our real allegiance is to this republic. I am on the same page with this. If Trump allows the system to swear Biden in while he walks away, this place is going to light up. And it will not be Pro-Trump anymore, just watch. That sentiment will reverberate throughout the country and people will look for new voices and leadership. He will never be able to run again.
Not on DC, but our state capitals and local municipalities. That will be a very strong message to DC. It will actually scare the shit out of them if we retake our states.
