No. That is not how it works in the military. The President has people loyal to him in all the top positions in DoD and M.I. They give the orders. Then there is this thing called chain-of-command and the requirement to follow lawful orders that you simply do not understand. Your opinions on things you do not understand are worthless.
I also believe the Wuhan virus was created by the CCP in one of the labs in Wuhan (there are 2) and deliberately released in china for four reasons.
