The ruling basically states that the constitution defines election day as one day, and any votes after midnight on election day cannot be counted.

The ironic part is that the 2000 election could have been decided in about an hour if anyone had asked the SCOTUS about this unanimous 9-0 ruling from 1997.

The exact same situation applies to the 2020 election. But, the legal geniuses have to ask the SCOTUS for a ruling citing this case. The SCOTUS can't do their work for them.

We see many U.S. politicians (mostly democrats, but also a few republicans) behaving in completely tyrannical ways, such as the mayor of L.A. and the governor of michigan as just two examples (there are many others).

Their tyrannical behavior seems like political suicide, but not if they are counting on rigged elections to guarantee that they get reelected no matter how many angry people vote to get rid of them. Look at the voter fraud in the rigged 2020 election which negated an overwhelming landslide victory for President Trump. That is what the tyrants are counting on to enable them to remain in power no matter what.

President Trump's crackdown on chinese trade practices damaged china's economic growth and thereby threatened the CCP's hold on power.

The CCP needed a way to exert more control over their own population, damage the U.S. economy, eliminate President Trump, and advance the cause of world socialism (the great reset). The Wuhan virus gave the CCP all of those things.

Democrat politicians, as well as some republicans, worked with the CCP to steal the 2020 election from President Trump. The President was responsible for many problems for both the CCP and U.S. politicians, and therefore he had to be eliminated at all costs.

This article from Gab News describes a Business Insider hit piece against Q in the making...

I thought it was interesting, considering the timing of some of the anti-Q posts that we have seen on this site recently... coincidence? I think not.

I look at MonkeyWerx showing all of the ongoing rendition flights that have been occurring daily since the election. I know about the 2018 EO and state of emergency. I know about the very recent reorg of the military leadership, as well as the special forces. I know about the expansion of Gitmo and the staffing up of the M.P.'s there (and elsewhere). All of this activity is very likely an indication of a very big arrest in the works.

I see the various acronym agencies doing absolutely nothing about the voter fraud. For example, the DOJ jackass responsible for election fraud resigned instead of doing his job. No FBI, no DHS activity either. Just silence. As far as I know, President Trump has not said anything about their inaction. Baffling.

Then I also see that the legal challenges seem pretty half-assed and disorganized so far. Trump's campaign should have had teams of lawyers with election experience ready to go, but they didn't. How could they be so prepared on the military side of things, and so apparently unprepared on the legal side?

Are the secret actions of the military the stuff that really matters? Are they sweeping up bureaucrats from the acronym agencies along with the politicians involved in the election fraud?

In other words, if Joe Biden gets arrested for treason, does the voter fraud and recounts, etc. still matter? I was wondering if any pedes had some info...

"Trump Recount Committee staffer tells Newsmax the server raid was real...".

I have noticed several very glowy posts trying desperately to discredit the information provided in this interview. They focus on the word "surrogate" in the chyron, and ignore the fact that Brian Trascher is a staffer on President Trump's recount committee. Watch the video and judge for yourselves.

At a minimum, it answers the question of who has the servers.
