What is happening is cognitive decline from dementia. He has word salad from damage/decline in the wernikes area of the brain exhibited by fluent aphasia. My personal thought is that he was on antidepressants for some time after his son died and that brought on the dementia. I have 0 physical evidence to back this up, like the corner who was hired by the George floyd family but feel free to fact check me on the logic.
