Surveillance expert here. The camera on the left is a shit tier Pelco Spectra-Dome PTZ and likely not facing the direction needed when things happen. It's most likely this camera is facing the entrance so they can see who is entering/exiting. The camera on the right is another shit tier Pelco box camera, probably a decade old or more. This one is probably facing a no parking area to alert them when a delivery or a visitor is being dropped off or a problem homeless space on the sidewalk. Based on the cameras, the NVR is likely analog and in disrepair. Don't expect anything from these cameras with a damn, if at all.
