What I'm able to mention is a hard road to follow for politicians but has been done before. Safe harbor day is moot in the end. I'll simplify it as best as I'm able. Absolute plenary power in federal elections is given to Congress. When electors are sent to Congress, Congress usually agrees with no fuss and appoints whom the electors say the people voted for for President/VP. This has happened in all Presidential elections except 1800, 1824, 1898 (I think 1898 is the correct) and partially 2000 where the following roughly took place. Should 1 Congressman and 1 Senator say any electors from any particular state are not representing the will of the people as in the massive election fraud shown so far and will be shown further, they can refute the electors from the state and a minimum 2 hour debate on the reasoning will take place in Congress on the evidence and merits of the issue. After the debate in Congress, Congressman must go on record stating the electors are representing the people or not. This is of extreme importance now as Rep. Mo Brooks of Alabama and Senator Ted Cruz of Texas have already stated they will question the electors of more than 1 state so far. This all occurs for electors from the states that arrive in Congress and I believe a few of the states will recall their electors before they even arrive in Congress as the evidence of systemic fraud increases over the next 4-6 weeks. In the end, it's conceivable that enough electors will not arrive in Congress for Biden to receive 270 and/or enough electors will be refuted in Congress upon the issues of fraud showing the will of the people was not properly represented (see 14th amendment). At this point, each state legislature would get 1 vote for President resulting in a 26-23 win for President Trump (There are 26 Republican controlled state legislatures and 23 Democrat controlled, PA is tied). The Senate will pick the VP. Again, it's a tough political road, but highly conceivable since the country is extraordinarily angry at the massive fraud they see and most politicians in the end only care about their careers. The Judiciary does have a role at the moment, but in the end it doesn't when it comes to what I just mentioned.
I was speaking to a friend of mine, Victor from Manila after the election and when I mentioned Dominion, he went off the charts explaining what had happened there years ago. Now that this is all out in the open, it will be revealed. Nothing can stop it, its eventual demise and the prosecution of treasonous individuals involved. It just sucks so much that good people must go through this in our great country, but it's necessary for the blind to see. We will survive, prevail and thrive.
Don't be a negative Nancy. I understand and agree with you. This is all a process that started with one, became 3 and now courage is awakened and it moves even more rapidly forward. Nothing can stop the Courage-20 Pandemic.
Other than Hungary and Poland, it already has
