I would not say Trump failed as he did not have the backing of even his Vice President. No one here knows what was said or done to him. He may have been carted off in handcuffs if he tried to use the Insurrection Act or martial law. Until you can stand in his shoes as president of the United States, it means nothing to try to judge him.
