Okay I researched this. SCOTUS is out within the context of this election.
The fact that Alito set SOS response by 12/9 after the 12/8 safe harbor date, he’s insulating and perhaps they’ve even lost majority. States have until December 8 to meet “safe harbor” deadline for resolving election disputes and choosing the electors. They then meet Dec 14 to formally select the next president.
There’s no recourse here, but there still could be outside the context of the election. But not with a challenge by Congress.

But you should see after the polls close, a virtually consistent processing and count rate as they’re being counted per hour. Not to mention, I believe they were all for Biden which adds to the unlikelihood.
You would never expect to see a spike of hundreds of thousands of ballots in an early morning hour.
I think (and I could be wrong) what they’re indicating is that it’s statistically impossible to have that large of a spike (based on the manufacturing limitations of how many ballots can be counted in an hour) for that large of a number of ballots to be dumped.

But I think that’s the point. They shouldn’t be uploaded throughout the day? There is also a manufacturing limitation in how many ballots can be “uploaded” in a given time period. That’s how these spikes cause data scientists to scratch their head and see an anomaly. .
