Yep. I had to take out a large sum of cash for home renovations. The local BoA branch told me they didn’t have enough on hand to cover me, and I had to call ahead by a few days to “order” it. When I went in I got a lecture from the bank manager about paying in cash. I said that’s between the feds and the contractor, not me. I asked if it was illegal or wrong to take it out. He said no it’s your money you can have it but we have to file a form with FINRA. I don’t remember if I ever got a letter or notice about it.

The best thing my company did was tell people to (voluntarily) put pronouns in their email signature.

It made it far far far easier to identify who to avoid and who will be a problem in the future. It’s worked like a charm. The biggest troublemakers and fuckups all have pronouns in their signature.
